Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ERPNext Functional Consultants to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating the requirements from the overseas project managers and efforts from developers locally.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to gather comprehensive information.

Business Process Mapping: Analyze and map client’s existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with ERP Next functionalities. Propose optimized workflows and configurations to meet their specific needs.

Solution Design: Design and configure ERP Next system based on the client’s business requirements. Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.

System Configuration: Configure ERP Next modules, workflows, user permissions, and other system settings to align with the client’s business processes and requirements. Ensure the system is tailored to meet their unique needs.

User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions to educate users on how to effectively use ERP Next. Provide ongoing support, address user inquiries, and troubleshoot issues related to the system.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test scenarios, conduct testing, and perform quality assurance checks to ensure the ERP Next system functions as expected. Identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the system configuration.

Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation of the client’s business processes, system configurations, and functional requirements. Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders as needed.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with ERP Next releases, features, and industry best practices. Continuously explore opportunities to enhance the client’s ERP system and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Skills and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology
• 3 to 5 years of ERP exposure (Preferably ERPNext l Odoo l Zoho)
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and skillsets to prioritise the tasks
