What we did with GTE?
We equipped GTE with ERPNext which in turn helped them automate and streamline their process even further.
The core modules included CRM, Buying, Selling, Inventory and Accounting. These modules helped GTE manage their business operations on both ground level and hierarchy level with managing financial reports, trading with other parties for machinery, managing customer relations and handling their inventory.
Based on GTE requirements we also implemented additional modules like HR and Payroll, Support desk, Quality, Manufacturing and Projects. These modules were useful further in handling clients queries, managing their large set of employees, handling big projects efficiently and helping in manufacturing units.
