Craft Interactive at Frappeverse Mumbai: Inside the ERPNext Community’s Biggest Meetup
Booth conversations, a Frappe UI design system deep-dive, and a Frappe Partner Meetup with the wider ERPNext ecosystem — our Gold Partner team’s week at Frappeverse Mumbai, August 2026.
Frappeverse Mumbai is a community and partner event for the Frappe and ERPNext ecosystem, bringing together implementation partners, Frappe’s own team, and businesses running ERPNext across the world. Craft Interactive attended as an exhibiting Frappe ERPNext Gold Partner, running a booth showcasing our 400+ implementations across 150+ countries, joining the Frappe Partner Meetup session, sitting in on a talk covering Frappe’s UI component design system, and connecting directly with the Frappe team and fellow partners including Indictrans.
Frappeverse brings the Frappe and ERPNext community into one room — partners, product teams, and businesses that run their operations on the platform. For Craft Interactive, being there as the UAE and Middle East’s only official Frappe Gold Partner meant more than just staffing a booth: it meant direct conversations with the people building the framework, a front-row look at where the product is headed next, and time with the wider partner network we don’t always get to see face to face.
On the show floor
Our booth ran the numbers that define a decade of ERPNext work: 400+ implementations, 100+ employees, five office locations, and Gold Partner certification — the highest tier Frappe awards. The “Zero License Fee ERP” message anchored most conversations, since it’s still the detail that surprises people new to open-source ERP the most.

Real conversations with the wider ERPNext community
The most useful part of any partner event isn’t the banners — it’s the conversations that happen in front of them. Our team spent most of the floor time talking through real deployment questions with attendees, and comparing notes with fellow Gold Partners like Indictrans on what’s changing across the ecosystem.
Inside the Frappe UI design system session
One of the more technical sessions we sat in on walked through Frappe’s own UI component library — the building blocks used across ERPNext’s interface: buttons, badges, tabs, dropdowns, tab buttons, context menus, progress indicators, popovers, steppers, skeleton loaders, empty states, embedded lists, cards, hover cards, alerts, avatars, tooltips, and breadcrumbs. Seeing the full component set laid out in one place was a useful reminder of how much consistency work sits underneath what looks, on the surface, like a simple business application.
The Frappe Partner Meetup
Alongside the main event floor, Frappe ran a dedicated Partner Meetup — a smaller, more direct session for partners like Craft Interactive to hear from the Frappe team and raise questions that don’t usually fit into a public keynote. It’s the kind of room where roadmap context and partner-specific detail actually gets shared.

Some of the most useful exchanges happened away from the booth entirely — over lunch, between sessions, catching up with the organizers and engineers who make Frappeverse happen. Those informal conversations tend to surface the details that don’t make it into a slide deck: what’s actually being prioritized next, what other partners are running into, and where the community sees the platform heading.
