With projects spread across different nations, Tripod MENA required a consolidated way to handle its numerous worldwide locations. The dynamic costing for their estimates and projects posed a significant obstacle. They also needed a system that could record timesheets and other expenses to the projects, which would then show up on payrolls as extra pay and benefits were computed.

Core Modules: Prior to starting any large projects, the organisation needed an ERP solution that could handle all of its incoming and outgoing processes with ease and effectiveness. It also needed to keep all of its data in one location.

Projects module: Because the company specialises in luxury interior design, fit outs, and other related areas, they required a dedicated, customised Projects module to manage their large-scale construction projects with ease. This module provided precise project estimations, including costs, labour requirements, raw material requirements, and much more.

HR module: With more than 200 workers, the organisation required a way to monitor attendance, activity, and most significantly, the setting up of salary systems.

Core modules: Tripod MENA will be able to efficiently conduct both inbound and outgoing operations thanks to the implementation of core modules by Craft Interactive, including CRM, Buying, Selling, Inventory, and Accounting.

Module on HR & Payroll: Due to their enormous manpower (more than 200), we integrated HR & Payroll internationally. Their ability to effectively manage every staff and increase production improved. The HR division could now monitor operations and establish various payroll schemes, among other things.

Project modules: To provide Tripod MENA with precise information about their particular projects, including costing, project estimation, budgeting, raw materials, man hours, etc., we specifically customised the project module in ERPNext for them.
